Our Fees with No Extras or Nasty Surprises

 

Tenant Find Only Service:

  • To find you a tenant = £ One Months Rent (Minimum £800) inc. VAT

Includes: Rightmove & Zoopla Listing, Professional Photography, All Viewings Conducted by Tom Lawrence, Process Applications, Credit Checks, Reference Checks, Comprehensive Move-in Inspection, Process the Move-In, Handle Move-in Payments and Pay the Landlord. (Continued inspections available at £100 if required)
