Tenants - The Renting Process

Here is a step by step guide to renting a home through TLC Properties.

Once you've seen a home you would like, fill out the online application form, it's free to apply.

A quick credit check will take place and you will be offered the property.

You pay one weeks rent to take the property off the market.

We do some back ground checks and take references.

One of our team will come and get paperwork signed at your current home (wherever possible)

You pay the balance of your first months rent and the deposit just before you move in.

You get the keys.

These are the basic steps and we'll endeavour to keep it as straightforward as possible for you.
