How we do things:
Here at TLC Yorkshire Properties we have a slightly different approach to marketing your property. With our advice, we offer a choice of four packages to allow you to pick what you believe will work best for you and your property.
You will then received a dedicated advisor from start to finish. That one person will come to see you initially, give you our valuation and discuss the options with TLC. That same advisor will then be there for you throughout the process. They will handle all the viewings* 7 days a week and evenings (where suitable), they will take and help negotiate through offers and they will then be on hand through the sales progression all the way to completion.
That same advisor will also be on hand for your buyer throughout the process too. This allows us to keep communication between all parties to the highest standards.
*Viewings included as standard on our Hybrid, Premium and Countryside Collection packages.
Our Marketing Packages:
Each property is unique and our clients all wish to do things slightly differently, that is why we have decided to offer a choice of packages so we can advertise and sell your property to suit you.
With our advice, we will discuss the options at your valuation and let you know what we think will suit your situation best and also get your the best result, buyer and price for your property.
Our packages include:
-An online only package for those who would like to be very hands on, do their own viewings and negotiating and save some money in the process, yet, also have a dedicated advisor from start to finish to work with throughout - Our "Online" package starts from a fixed fee £1775 inc. VAT
- A Hybrid Package which offers the perfect blend of power online marketing and our dedicated, hands on service. With this package you will get all the marketing from our "online" package plus your dedicated advisor will handle all your viewings 7 days a week and is 100% no sale, no fee - Our "Hybrid" package starts from a fixed fee of £2750 inc. VAT
- Our Premium Package which is a step up in some of the tools we use to market your property which can include virtual staging, 3d floorplans, a launch day, premium listings and more. This package is also 100% no sale, no fee. - Our "Premium" package we adapt to suit the property needs and is based on a traditional % value fee - P.O.A
- Finally, our "Countryside Collection" which is above and beyond any of our other packages. Designed to make a property's marketing really unique and stand out and really achieve an exceptional result. This includes services such as drone photography and video, professional home staging, a professional wordsmith property description, a 3D virtual tour and more - Our "Countryside Collection" package is adapted to each unique property and is based on a tradition % value fee - P.O.A
